Swallowtail butterflies are just so glamorous. Definitely an eye-catching beauty, found in Norfolk where it loves the wetlands around the boards and occasionally other spots its one of the rarest of our British butterflies. Good butterfly spotting!
Swallowtail Butterfly is painted in oils on a gessoed board, mounted on moccasin and presented in a lime washed frame. The artwork measures 8.5cm square and total dimensions including framing are 22cm square.
