Shipping policy

Orders placed before 11 am are normally posted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I will contact you for a timescale for personalised orders. 

Original paintings are sent by mutual agreement with you. You can choose to pay for a premium delivery. Please contact me for details. 

If you are local to Halesworth, I offer a local pick up service from my studio. 

UK delivery is usually by 1st Class Royal Mail. International delivery is by standard airmail

From time of dispatch, UK customers should receive their order within 2 to 4 working days, EU customers within 5 – 10 working days, the rest of the world within 7 – 15 working days. Sometimes international delivery can take up to 30 days depending on the post and customs service.

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
