Orange Tip Butterfly Mini Card

This sustainable mini card features my hand illustrated paintjng of our native Orange Tip Butterfly. A common site in the U.K. the male Orange Tip butterfly has upper white wings tipped with orange and lower white wings mottled with grey. The female is a tipped with black. Orange Tips prefer damp areas so look for them on banksides, streams or ponds.

You may also spot its green caterpillar speckled with yellow and black on Garlic Mustard, Turnip or Cuckooflower.
